Greenwich Primary Care Workshops
2024 - 2026
For 3 years I have been commissioned by the Greenwich Training Hub in South East London to deliver creative workshops for approximately 50 primary care staff as part of the hub’s day of protected learning time.
Bringing together both clinical and non-clinical staff, the aim of the sessions is to provide a creative space for participants to reflect on their individual and collective wellbeing. The sessions are brief respite from the increasing pressures primary care staff face.
Previous sessions have included:
Zine making focusing on recognising and sharing what keeps us well.
Exploring language: choosing the words we say, thinking of how we receive specific words, and the impact that they have on us and others.
Collage works rooted in where we find hope and how we can cultivate more of it in our personal and professional lives.
