This print is from my series relating to my experience of processing my late ADHD diagnosis. Images in this series consist of Polaroid images - either self-portraits or images made whilst walking (which soothes my mind) - that have been submerged in my ADHD stimulant medication for extended periods of time. The resulting photographic prints have been degraded and distorted by the medication, resulting in abstract, surreal imagery.
Each image is printed on to Hahnemüle Pearl paper. This has a smooth orange peel texture and offers vibrant colour reproduction and great detail. The paper is resin coated with a fibrous feel. The paper is 285gsm.
